The band played the United We Stand: What More Can I Give benefit concert at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. "If we couldn't get an audiencehaving made a record we truly believe in, then I guess we probably would turn around and say, 'It's been fun, but see ya.' But I tell you this: we wouldn't go without a big fucking fight." United We Stand Īs a result, many shows sold out and the band added arena dates through the fall and winter, even after a successful summer amphitheater tour. Tyler sang the National Anthem at the Indianapolis 500, and the team sponsored a car in the race. They also performed at many radio festivals in the United States, including: " River Rave", " Zootopia" and the " Kiss Concert". Just prior to the start of the tour, the band performed a brief promo tour in Germany. Aerosmith was riding a wave of popularity, having played the Super Bowl XXXV Halftime Show, been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and scored a Top 10 hit, all within the first half of the year. As anyone who plays at the store will tell you, our staff are very friendly and will always make room to fit as many people in as comfortably possible. The tour came on the heels of the band's platinum album Just Push Play.
If you’re struggling, full details of parking and transport links can be found on our website. The bus station is just a few minutes away, as is Moorfields station, and Lime Street is about 7 minutes away.
Note that trustpilot verifies the reviews so they are not written by the store - one of the reasons we use it!) There is free parking every night all along Pall Mall, which is a sub-30 second walk from our store. We pride ourselves on having a clean and presentable space and we think that the volume of great reviews here by our verified customers speaks for itself regarding that. Sorry that the store was not to your liking. Hi Owen, Thanks for taking the time to review our store. Really? The 'best' store in liverpool cant fit in new players? (HA I turned up for a migic tournament and was turned away as they had no room. Currently trying to find its address.) A friendly and inclusive atmosphere where all are welcome. (Well a ten minute walk from the bus station, no cheap parking, actually not in central liverpool) Definitely the best wargaming & card playing venue in the city (Actually theres a new one opened I hear is bigger better and a lot more room. There used to be a much bigger and better located store in Liverpool when I used to play.) located in central Liverpool. Honestly, the best game store that Liverpool has ever had.
My response to some of the other review comments.
I've seen sardines in a tin with more room, windows dont open so its very stuffy and hot, oh and stank of sweat too. I only went here once to play a magic tournament, to be honest glad I was turned away as they were sold out. Seem to be a lot of 5 * reveiws here, I suspect more than a few are written by the shop. Seem to be a lot of Dodgy 5 * reviews here staff writing them? The game itself is fantastic and I'm already planning my next visit and purchase this wee, with the sight to expand my gaming and move on to some of the tournament based play. As with my previous visit I was greeted by friendly staff who spent a good 10 minutes advising me on a new board game to buy, which was comforting for a newbie like me. The staff were extremely friendly and the shop itself was bright and well organised, when I heard they had moved to the new ground floor shop I had to go visit, when I was driving down Tithebarn Street last week the shop caught my eye so I called in, as before this shop is, bright, clean and now has a much larger floor space.
I had visited the old shop on the top floor and was pleasantly surprised at how different this was from the others.
Having been to a few war gaming venues in Liverpool I have always felt out of place, they've always been "cliquey" and uncomfortable. Newbies will feel comfortable, Shop is fantastic, Excellent service!
